Wasting my time at a PR Fair, as part of my job as a teacher at the FJMCS. The sun beating down on my head in the World Trade Plaza, a high-class location where nobody comes even if they give free T-shirts to everybody. Although I have some courses to write and articles to think about, I had to be here. Working as a teacher in Romania means 10% teaching, 80% doing administrative things (carrying books, painting the rooms, repairing electronic devices) and 10% taking all the available criticism from older professors.
My job here was very simple: checking cables, PowerPoint presentations and short movies, setting up the projector (see photo above) etc. So, a stimulating work experience!!!
Fortunately, they gave us fixed phones (one shared line for more than 20 groups of exhibitors) and IPs for cable Internet access. They also have Wi-Fi access, but I lent the wi-fi card to someone. But the sun will not go away until 4PM, hiding behind this glass building (see, I blame it on the sun now, but we were all longing for it a few days ago).
The part with the available criticizm I just loved. Maybe you too (younger teachers) need a forum to let it all out! :)
As for the sun, please don’t upset it! You will regret after to rainy days.
