I’m a butler 4

(Timp estimat pentru citirea acestui articol: 0 min)

People think I’m a butler. My colleagues treat me like a servant who always has to be there when he’s needed. I’m not entitled to sleep, relaxation and preparing my courses is not important for them. I have to stand up and fight, as a non-stop robotic warrior. But, as you saw in most of the SF movies sometimes robots fight back and become human again.

You should fight back! For your own good. So, you think you’ll stick around for 2 more years untill you decide you’ve had enough? Someone once said that all the good people in FJSC leave sooner or later. He never wondered why, though.

Looking at the bright side: people might turn to you because they consider you a responsible, capable guy. Of course, there’s a limit to everything. I must admit I have a problem saying „no” – and sometimes I think there’s a thin line between being considered reliable or a slave. Let me know what your fighting-back methods are. BTW, any chance some of those people are reading your post? Is the post a way of fighting back?

Yes, the blog is a way of fighting back, but it’s not enough. Well, it’s sad because I’m a good person in reality, I like doing a lot of things but I don’t like the pressure that doesn’t go anywhere, it’s not constructive.

Yes, some of my colleagues are reading my blog, but I hope it’s like a parallel discourse, I am so naive to believe that it doesn’t count for the actions in real life.

I noticed that former slaves pass their tasks to newer slaves as survival method. So i suggest you start delegating younger employees to do the things you’re made to do, when they are beyond your attributions.
I guess this is being done to you when you start somewhere. It’s all in the game. At first you’re considerate, then you become a slave.
