The website e-facturi.ro is specialized on online bills payments. But can we trust a company funded in March this year, who has the headquarters in an apartment and only one phone/fax number? And they don’t say what’s the commission for paying the bills online. The Ministry of Education wants to change the national educational portal and they propose three different versions that the users can vote. Two of them have a smiling woman on the homepage. I hope this won’t stay like this and that the engineers building the website will replace women with pupils or students. I understand that the male webdesigners like seeing decorating women everywhere, but this is not thei personal website.
