Daca eu, la 6 milioane primesc 11% in loc de 5%, nu ma incalzeste cu nimic. Altceva trebuie negociat de sidicate: sistemul de salarizare. Dar ele nu negociaza asta, pentru ca profilor mari nu le convine sa isi piarda privilegiile! Stii bine, unii profi ajung la salarii impresionante!
In realitate, sistemul de salarizare este infect! Salariul nostru de baza este de 3-4 ori mai mic decat cel al profilor univ., si asta nu e in regula. Nu e in regula ca se recompenseaza vechimea, ca si cum faptul ca trec anii peste tine este o calitate!
Dacă eu aş avea un salariu de vreo 15 milioane, aş mai putea renunţa la unele dintre colaborări, aş avea mai mult timp de citit şi pregătit cursuri , adică aş fi mai eficient, adică aş ridica nivelul învăţămîntului românesc. Că asta se doreşte, nu? Şi atunci nu mi-ar mai păsa că un prof poate avea 40 de milioane.
În general, nu mi-ar păsa cît ar fura becali dacă eu aş avea destui bani cît să „trăiesc bine” în cloaca asta.
Şi pînă la urmă nu e normal ca ăla cu vechime de 20 de ani, conducător de doctorat etc. să ia mai mult decît mine, un mucos care face scandal?
