Timothy Kenny is a former journalist, nonprofit foundation executive, and Fulbright scholar, is an associate professor of journalism at the University of Connecticut. Tim recently wrote a story about his dual experience in Romania: The black-and-white photograph has frayed a bit over 13 years.
