When asked of good sources about online journalism and especially techniques for the online reporting, I always say OJR.org first.
In a recent wiki about online reporting, OJR mentions blogs as sources for story ideas. I admit a lot of stories I wrote for Evenimentul zilei, TVmania and Stiinta pentru toti were inspired from blogs.
An interview with an interesting expert, presented in a simple Q&A format, provides a great way to get started reporting. Beyond that, keep your eyes open when reading the newspapers, message boards and blogs you like to find issues that other people are talking about.
