Pownce and Sneakerplay: How to shut down gracefully
1. I just received an e-mail from the guys from Pownce and the news is sad: they are shutting down the joint. We are sad to announce that Pownce is shutting down on December 15, 2008. As of today, Pownce will no longer be accepting new users or new pro accounts. Pownce, a multimedia competitor for Twitter, was an online tool for sharing text and photos, music and videos, using a nice Adobe AIR application.
