Everyday I wait for a lot of things and I get the chance to see a lot of occasions when people are not careful with their money or the lack of security for a lot of public services.
Here are some tips for those who are short of money:
– Everyday, there is a guy working at the SpringTime in Victoriei Square who goes to the BRD next door to change money into smaller bills. He carries the money in his bare hands and comes back with a “brick” of money from the bank. No police around and it’s a crowded street.
– Post trucks have a driver and a clerk. Two times per day, they stop at every mailbox and pick up the mail. The clerk goes off the truck, the door stays largely open and the driver doesn’t have a gun. The money is in some bags behind him.
– Sometimes, at the bank, when there is a long line, you are very close to the counters. Last week, I could read inside some folders on the clerk’s table and I could have picked up some files full of personal information of clients (names, account numbers, account passwords etc.).
