Scutirea de impozit pe venitul individual este profund nedreapta, in primul rind. De ce toti sa plateasca iar o anume categorie profesionala nu. In al doilea rind conduce usor la abuz si coruptie. Daca conditiile economice o permit, si cei ce administreaza afacerie in domeniu IT nu sint tonti, vor creste oricum salariile ca sa atraga talentele de care au nevoie (si asta se si intimpla). Daca conditiile economice nu o permit, nu o permit si gata, nici o vaicareala nu o sa ajute.
Brain drain nu este un fenomen total ireversibil si negativ pentru tara din care se pleaca. Oameni se mai si intorc, se creeza punti de comnunicare si legaturi de afaceri. Decit sa fi folosit sub capacitate si sa-ti irosesti talentul personal pe un salariu subventionat mai bine cauti un loc unde chiar esti util si apreciat cum se cuvine.
