I think everybody should set deadlines during the year to make changes in the personal lives. Sometimes the deadlines are the same as the beginning of “something”, a new “start”… The next academic year has to bring something new. I thought of enrolling to a new master program, since enrolling for the PhD is more difficult and more costly and changing the job is not as easy as it was for Kayla.
