What seemed to be an interesting, interactive seminar yesterday turned into a general, boring long talk of the instructor about the traditional mumbo-jumbo in teaching. She talked for 2 hours and after the coffee break she tried to do something interactive. But here is the trick: you can’t talk about interactivity in class, during your training session, if you don’t use it from the beginning.
