I had a revelation today: I have never seen an uglier website than the website of the Romanian National Art Museum!I believe it was built by a robot, 2 weeks before its expiration date, like they say about cyborgs in the movie Natural City.
then you haven’t yet seen our law department’s website http://drept.unibuc.ro
tho i have to admit the art museum one is pretty high in the uglyness charts.
especially funny recommandation:)) : Our site is best viewed with Internet Explorer 4.0 or higher with the desktop area settings at 800 x 600 pixels.
well the website you are pointing to is actually the old one. the new one is http://www.onlinegallery.ro/museums/muzeul_de_arta/muzeu-arta.html and it looks way better
I don’t care about the portal Onlinegallery, I just accessed the reserved domain name of the National Art Museum of Romanica and I found that website that looks like Tim Berners-Lee tried his mouse on, back in 1992.
:))yeah. Fortunately, not many people know about that domain and when searching it on google the first site that appears is the onlinegallery portal.
Unfortunately, those who use Google.com see this ugly website as the first hit. On Google.ro, Onlinegallery is the first and the ugly website the second.
Admitedly, the new website looks better, but it’s still way below the current standards in web design. I wonder where they get their designers from… >.
If you search „Teatrul National Bucuresti”, you’ll find http://tnb.kappa.ro/ as the first result and the official website. What can I say more than „good job, mates! It even made my 5 year cousin cry!”.
Well, that’s one of our BEST breakthrough websites, as noted in the past: https://cyberculture.ro/blog/?p=841
Ok, that site is simply hideous! It’s like someone made it in 5 minutes without thinking at all…
