I sent an e-mail to suport@clicknet.ro and this is what I received:

Now, what would I care about Mr. Papuc’s holiday? Do I give a fuck about who’s taking his place? No, I just want to know if they can answer a simple, plain-text message. And they can’t.

I hope PM is not what I think.
