Dogcatching in the morning grey sun

As I was coming to school this morning (nope, there is no holiday for teachers!), I saw a man shooting at a dog who was starring at him with surprise. It was a tranquilizer. Another dogcatcher was waiting for the dog to go to sleep and catch it. The cleaning lady was struggling to get inside with another stray dog (Costel, I presume), to save him from the cruel abduction. I wonder when will the dog be loose again. I suppose it won’t take more than 10 days.
