It’s fantastic to hear from you! I’m so glad you’re interested in learning more about these positions and potentially in relocating to the U.S. for test/development roles with the Microsoft Bing Test Team. Bing Test team will be in Bucharest the week of November 7th,  2011 to conduct onsite interviews for positions with our team based just outside of Seattle.

As the best next step, would you mind taking 1 or 2 minutes to answer the brief questions below? This information will help me to connect you with the right position. Feel free to respond via email and include your current CV to me at v-cijoh@microsoft.com :

·         Are you open to relocation? (You will need to relocate to the U.S., Microsoft will cover the relocation costs.)

·         In what country do you currently reside?

·         Do you have a degree?  If so from which university and when did you qualify?

·         What is your strongest programming language (Java, ASP, C, C++, VB, HTML, C#, etc…)? How long have you been programming in that language and when was the last time?  What percentage of the time are you coding in your current position and what programming language are you using?

·         How much test automation or testing experience do you have (if a QA or Tester)?

·         When was the last time you wrote C/C++ or C# code?

·         Do you have experience with distributed systems? If so please explain.

·         How much experience do you have performing code and design reviews?

·         What percentage of the code you have written was on the logic tier (i.e. business logic tier/data access tier/middle tier) and what percentage was on the presentation tier or the data tier?

·         Have you spoken to a MS recruiter in the past? If so, was it over the phone or did you have in person interviews? When did the interviews occur and what were the results?

·         Is there anyone else in your set of peers or friends who you would like to recommend as a great candidate for Software Development OR Test positions at Microsoft? If so, please list their name and email address and we would be happy to consider them a well. We have hundreds of positions open on the BING Test Team so please don’t hesitate to recommend someone that you think might be interested and qualified.

·         When are you available for a phone conversation?

·         What is your preferred method of contact for a phone conversation (please provide both Skype ID and telephone number if available)

Thanks,

Cindy Johnson

Le zici ca “you’re interested in learning more about these positions” si ei deja se asteapta sa fii minim expert in C++ si C# sau alte bazaconii, chiar daca esti un amarat de curios… :D

Liudy: Nu e absolut nimic naspa.
