Everybody (I was about to say „loves Raymond” :-) but then I stopped) is searching for answers to that question. Rux is one of them. I like her clear, yet crisp writing (could you tell she’s Romanian if you didn’t see her name?) and her dedication to quoting sources (Bullet effect?).
But what makes a journalist a good blogger?
{It’s funny, but the Blogger spelling tool doesn’t recognize „blogging”}

I am intrigued by your Everybody Loves Raymond comment. It it a symtom of globalization? cultural imperialism? or perhaps the phrase has entered popular culture and by default we think many times in terms of television. I confess – I do say „Doh” when the opportunity arises…
I think it’s popular culture’s „fault”, but it’s also our lack of literacy (I mean really, more than knowing to read and write). I discussed about that in an earlier post.
The most common example: everybody knows what „OK” is…
BTW, I think this year was the first time I heard on TV news programs that Halloween is a Celtic celebration. So, do we still have hope?
